3:30-6:30—Come and meet the baby animals! Cuddle a bunny, meet a baby goat, or pet a lamb! (1.200.CS-- follow the signs from the elevators in the main atrium)
Our friends at Animal Craze Traveling Farm will be bringing a collection of baby farm yard animals to the IACS for you to meet and relax with. Come to the main atrium to meet baby goats, lambs, piglets, chicks, and tiny ducks!
3:30-6:30—Create a card for Cardz for Kidz, take a break, grab a snack, or relax with games or activities! (SEC 2.123)
Stop by to create a card for children, families, seniors, or veterans in hospitals or rehabilitation centers. You can also grab some water and a snack, or sit down for a game with friends. This drop-in space is the perfect place to relax and take a breather from the whirlwind of the last day of the semester.
4:00-4:45—Yoga for Relaxation with Ashley Nichols (SEC 2.122)
Come and learn the basics of yoga for relaxation and stress reduction with Ashley Nichols, a Vinyasa focused teacher who strongly believes in meeting students where they are and promoting accessible and body-informed movements. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be available but there is a limited supply.
5:30-6:15—Mind/Body Connection and Meditation for Everyday with Louise Parker (SEC 2.122)
Join Louise Parker, rated the #1 Private Yoga Instructor in Boston for 2022, to learn how to build a strong mind-body connection and practice mindfulness everyday. This session will focus on movements that you can make in your chair at work, home, or on the go. No mat necessary, though comfortable clothing is recommended.
4:30-6:30—Dinner with Friends, food provided by Sam’s Falafel and Shawarma and Sevan’s Bakery (West Atrium)
You asked, and we heard! Join us for the return of the Middle Eastern food in the West Atrium, complete with falafel, baklava, shawarma, and more! There will be a limited number of to-go boxes, so if you need to grab a meal and head off to yoga, come on by.
