"The behavior of these foamy flows [bubbles] is notoriously difficult to compute because of the sheer number of bubbles involved. Researchers at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) have developed a new way to simulate tens of thousands of bubbles in foamy flows, breaking the computational complexity of this long-standing process.

The research is published in Science Advances." (Burrows)
